There is really no limit to what your trademark can be. However, it is usually made up of a word or words, or it can be a logo (graphic design). If it is a graphic design, send us a copy via email (richard.gareau@gmail.com) along with this form so we can provide for it in our quotation.
What is being sold in association with the trademark? We need the common commercial description
- Goods (example, clothing items, software, furniture, etc.)
- Services (restaurant services, web hosting services, etc.)
If you are not sure, then send us a link to your web site or some promotional advertisement that explains what you are selling.
Give us the full legal name and main place of business (please specify if it a corporation or not: Inc., Ltd.).
(*) Was there a previous owner? If you bought the trademark from someone else, it would be good to let us know.
